Home within the Self can be hard to find, but well worth the energy, time, and effort.
Therapy can be a part of how you examine Self, the emotional, social, physical, and spiritual experiences. And feeling at home in the Self, with your Self. Believing — and understanding — that you belong here matters. We talk about that… the how’s and the why’s. What happened then that got you here?

Insurance & Rate Information
Depending on your current health insurance, it may be possible for services to be covered (in full or in part). Most plans allow for psychotherapy services, generally with a co-pay. Be aware that some have deductibles. I work with clients together with billing to help determine your benefits and get started.

Paying for sessions out of pocket is always an option if you don’t have insurance or you have a plan I do not take. I provide a “Superbill” which can then be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact me for details/rates.
